Don’t : Use any kind of abs belt. They just do not work. They can’t work. It is simply an illusion of a session. To truly use electricity to get a muscles kick, the present will need to be very painful.
Do : A lot of thorough cardiovascular work-outs like running, rowing, jumping rope, kickboxing, etc .
