Do You Use An Opt In Box For Your Email Marketing

You know what an opt in is? You know, those little box’s that show up on so many web pages that offers you more information or a free download if you sign up for there newsletter or something like that.

I don’t know about you, but to me I get annoyed when these box’s pop up while I am trying to read the page. I am sure you feel the same way, but I am going to share some information that will change the way you look at those annoying pop ups.

Placing one of these boxes on your site could build you a huge list fast and boost your earnings many times over.

So what are the basics of the opt in? Well you have heard of email marketing where you form a list of people that are interested in your product or products they want to learn more but are not yet ready to make a purchase. Well the opt in box is what forms this list.

Now when you have these people sign up for your list, you can now email them and let them know how your product or service can help them solve the problem that they have. No matter what the problem is you explain how your product can help.

The list that you form are also extremely valuable for selling other products or services to that same list of customers as well.

To get started with this you will need an software or script that will handle your list when people sign up. The auto responder feature will allow you to set up your emails to be sent out in pre set order and you won’t have to do anything and your emails are sent out.

So what you think is a simple pop up box that just makes you stop reading the page so you can close it, turns into a very valuable and necessary tool that is vital for any internet marketer who is looking for more ways to boost there conversions on there products or services.

But how can this be so effective if people find it annoying? This is not a question that can can be answered easily but I will try to explain how and why this is so effective.

For one thing it lets the customer delay making a decision on something that they haven’t decided to purchase yet. Either they didn’t realize they needed it as bad as your are telling them they do or is was just something they were checking out to see if it is something they think they need.

Secondly it is so easy for these people to sign up, all they have to do is to enter there name and email address and they can receive something for free. And you know as well as I do that people LOVE free stuff, so this draws them in like a moth to a flame.

That’s it, that is why you should have one of those annoying opt in boxes on your websites. If you are serious about your online success you need to do everything you can to start your email marketing.
